Another beautiful hole with a chimney. This area was once the homestead of Joseph Tyre McBride and his wife, Margaret Ann Yale McBride from 1895 to 1953. Their home was surrounded by fields and peach orchards. (See the plaque attached to the chimney and the collection of implements and machine parts nearby.)
Don't slice it, or you might hit Donald in the head! Donald and his crew are in and out of the maintenance sheds all day long. t's been said that "Donald can grow grass on rock". We need Donald and his hard working crew to keep doing their magic.
This is another hole where the drive is key (anyone notice a repeating theme here?). The trees on the right are waiting to grab a stray ball, and the spring creek on the left can gobble a ball also. You're not going to drive the green, so pull out a shorter club and place it. You'll still be close enough to have a nice approach to the green.
