We let Donald loose with the heavy equipment (actually, the way it works is that Bruce hacks it up so bad that Donald has to fix it...). Now it is sculpted the way the course designer always meant to be. You won't believe how quickly the grass has grown in. Don’t be surprised if you want to play another round!

Donald Francis, our super superintendent, was just elected Fireman of the Year for the second time running. Congratulations Donald!

Keith Sidden has a new driver, and has actually hit a ball straight for the first time in his life.

Sammy Johnson, accompanied by his trusty dog Frank, just aced #1! He hit it off the roof of Bruce's house, and Bruce's bird dog picked it up like the wounded quail it was, took it to the invisible fence, spit it out, and it rolled down into the cup. Congratulations Sammy!

Jones Matthews aced # 1, and brought his brother-in-law Sam Turner back the next day to show him, and Sam aced # 1! What are the chances that would happen? Sam said he couldn't let old Jonesy show him up.

Jim Lovette aced #14, and Raymond Hall drove his mower into the creek because of the shock. Raymond survived and attested the scorecard, so everyone is happy, except David Braswell. And then, a week later, Jim aced # 1! David hasn't come out of the hospital yet.
